CHROMATICS BEGIN U.S. TOUR TODAY!

Chromatics begin a two week tour today playing a few shows with Hot Chip & a few special parties with Glass Candy. They are rolling deep with Shirts, Lps, Cds, & Posters. As usual, the prices are ridiculously low...so hit the merch table before they run out. Also check out the abstract "Eclipse" short film by Alberto Rossini. Following the group to Europe last month, he documents the moodier side of tour in between cities, parties, stages, & hotels.

You guys should save a chunk of merch so you don't sell out before getting to Brooklyn! I know I'll buy at least one of everything ;-)

Are there any Bay Area shows coming up?

So loved your performance at First Ave, tried to stay for Hot Chip but I couldn't stomach them.

Go Chromatics!

Too bad Minnesota crowds don't dance. Disappointed by the stiff crowd but NOT by the Chromatics.

You killed in Chicago (and Lincoln Hall was a great venue choice). Hoping for Glass Candy + Chromatics in winter/spring in Chicago/Madison/Milwaukee.

Any chance Chromatics will make it to Australia, and more specifically Brisbane? Would love to see them live. Cheers.

SYMMETRY ISN'T READY TO DO SHOWS YET...NAT AND JOHNNY ARE WORKING ON A SET FOR THE RUNWAY IN PARIS NEXT YEAR...BUT IT'S NOT FINISHED YET. CHROMATICS WILL BE IN AUSTRALIA IN NOVEMBER FOR THE HARVEST FESTIVAL...AS FAR AS WE KNOW THERE IS A STOP IN BRISBANE. CHROMATICS LOVES THE GO BETWEENS, AND JOHNNY WANTED TO MAKE SURE TO HIT BRISBANE AFTER THE HOT GLASS CANDY SHOW THERE IN 2008. THEY PLAYED THE CLOSING NIGHT OF THE WARHOL EXHIBITION ON THE WATERFRONT GALLERY THERE. IT WAS MAGICAL! XO

and

SOLANGE - Robots Are Un-American 12".
about a month ago (Jun 25th). Have these shipped yet? The Desire album I ordered has arrived but not the 12 inches.

After spending time with live clips of Chromatics on youtube.. I just have to ask.. When are you guys doing a live album/ep/12"? Back from the grave with that raw energy and live drums (for example) is nothing short of amazing. Love.

Still just blown away by the Dallas show. I have seen many a good show thru the years and this one was one for the record books.
Both Glass Candy and Chromatics killed us and we loved it. It was a full on rock fest. Glass Candy was so into it that Ida went crowd surfing about 30-40 yards to the back of the floor and then all the way back to the stage. She was loving it and so was Dallas. My lady and I just were bowled over by how tight and rockin the two bands were. It was just unreal and the wait (haven't played D since '07) was more than worth it after witnessing Saturday night. Just wow and many thanks.
