I'm quite desperate as I'm writing to you today about a couple of tshirts I had ordered on your website in December, that I never got... Here's the transaction number : 9PH819856G9925053.
I know it was sent on 12/19/12, so that's almost three months ago and, as a very frequent buyer on your mailorder, I know your packages usually reach my mailbox in less than two weeks... What can I do ?
